Caretel Inn of Brighton is an assisted living facility that was developed by Caretel Inns of Brighton. Boss Engineering’s responsibilities included overall site planning, site engineering, planting design, and hardscape design for a congregate care facility. The facility sits on a 12 acre site adjacent to an active railroad track. Great care was taken during the design and construction of the building and amenities to preserve the existing vegetation. The 90 bed facility includes a number of outdoor gathering areas for the use of the residence.
