The Shoppes of Green Oak is a 45-acre commercial Planned Development at the southwest corner of US-23 and Lee Road in Green Oak Township. The Shoppes of Green Oak includes a Kohl’s, Costco, Flagstar Bank, Wendy’s and other future tenants. Boss Engineering performed the survey, engineering and landscape architecture services from project conception to project completion. Our services included site grading, site layout, sanitary sewer design, water main design, landscape design, exterior lighting design, construction stakeout, construction engineering and the as-built survey. Our work also included the survey, design, construction stakeout and As-Built Plans for the reconstruction of the Whitmore Lake Road and Lee Road intersection, 1,400 feet of Whitmore Lake Road and 1,100 feet of Lee Road. We worked closely with our client, Green Oak Township, the Livingston County Road Commission and the Livingston County Drain Commission during the planning, approval and construction phases of this significant development.
