Boss engineering provided survey, site design, landscape design, site lighting (photometrics), and construction stakeout for the Shops of Westbury project on a 2.2-acre property off Grand River Avenue in Genoa Township. The project included a 22,200 square foot retail building and was part of a 49-acre Planned Unit Development with 264 apartment units and a clubhouse facility. Boss Engineering designed the site layout, grading, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer / detention basin for the Shops of Westbury and the residential component of the Planned Development.
