Boss Engineering performed the survey, site layout, and engineering work associated with the Trans West Industrial Center off M-59, west of Grand River Avenue in Howell Township. The Trans West Industrial Center consists of 48 industrial lots in two (2) industrial plots on a 156-acre property. The project included design permitting and construction of sanitary sewer, water main, a 300,000 gallon elevated storage tank, a water supply well / well house facility, and storm sewer with a regional on-site storm water detention basin. Our work included the preparation of the site, construction plans, and construction stakeout for the site improvements. The Trans West Industrial Center is home of several businesses including the Economic Development Council of Livingston County.
